7. Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 15 minutes after the order is placed.

Cancellation after 15 minutes is not guaranteed.

If an order has already shipped, the customer may need to receive and return it in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. A $20 handling and restocking fee may apply, except where prohibited by law.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Our standard policy is No Returns for fulfilled items unless the return is approved or applicable law requires otherwise.

Opened, used, consumed, tested, or improperly stored products are not eligible for a voluntary return.
